Disputes arise from time to time in small businesses over a range of issues and can involve customers, suppliers, partners and employees and can cost you significant time and quite often; stress. An essential part of being a business owner is understanding how to best deal with problems. Many issues can be handled using common sense, however small problems can sometimes escalate into disputes.
