Paul Montague is better known in some circles by his middle name, Werzel. Paul hails from a family farm near Koorda, lived in Perth for too many decades, and now calls Goomalling home.

He was the founder of Comedy Lounge – still one of the strongest live comedy businesses in Australia – and has used his entrepreneurial creativity and skillset in traditional and digital media production, event management, and marketing.

Paul is a veteran speaker, trainer, advocate, and negotiator. He’s passionate about mental health, collaborative leadership, dynamic communication, and supportive communities.
